May we just say we’re more than a little bit excited for everything the warmer months have in store? Bring on more of the feel-good temps and mood-boosting sunshine, pls! As we move deeper into the seasonal shift, we’re putting a focus on lightweight textures for complexion care in the form of an above-average gel cream and floral face mist, paying attention to finishing touches (like all important lashes), and tending to head-to-toe needs via a fresh curl styler and post-workout must-have made to soothe those minor ouches that come with finessing your form. Here’s 6 beauty finds that befit late spring,
and here’s to making the most of May!

This stick
gives a covetable glass skin glow,
in two-seconds flat.

A new drugstore keeper that has the most gorgeous wet-like finish, one swipe of this highlighter will have you looking like a perfectly plump glistening little pastry. The stick format makes glowing on the go a cinch (not to mention it’s a must for travel!) and it comes in four shades that are all equally as gorgeous. I love using it in all the usual spots on the face but especially in the inner corner of the eyes and the collarbone for a little extra sparkle.

Was I was skeptical that this lightweight foam could do it for my curls?

Yes, ma’am. Have I been proven all the way wrong? Absolutely! Turns out a blend of cotton seed extract and rice water creates a dream combo to deliver not only airy volume and conditioning, but much-needed hydration and smoothing. I run a few pumps through damp hair, air dry, and have been thrilled with the outcome. My multi-pattern and plentiful curls are full and soft to the touch, but also have incredible definition with zero crunchiness or sticky residue.

From a West Coast body and skincare brand that’s all kinds of magical.

It was hard to single out just one fave from their lineup of small batch goods, but this Botanical Tonic is a current obsession. With its subtle floral scent and luxe violet glass bottle, this face mist is going to keep me feeling fresh all summer long. Packed with a skin-boosting probiotic, this spritz just feels fancy—I can’t wait to try it on my linens for a bit of aromatherapy. When the humidex rises, I’ll be storing it in the fridge for a cooling kick.

This face cream got the ‘do more, please’ memo.

Made for combination and oily types, the water cream texture quenches skin instantly - it’s gel-like, weightless, but not tacky-feeling - and, like everything moisturizing these days, it contains hyaluronic acid for long-lasting hydration. But the real scene-stealer is the blend of zinc PCA, niacinamide, green tea and heptapeptide that works to absorb oil, reduce redness and balance the skin’s microbiome. Oh, and it’s fragrance-free, too.

in a mascara, for me, clumping is public enemy number one.

So many claim to be clump-free but almost none live up to their name. This new tube is goop-free, layers like a dream and is honestly the first thin, buildable formula that leaves my lashes full and seperated but still natural-looking. I love how customizable it is and it also doesn’t take 10 minutes of scrubbing to remove but I have yet to see it smudge.

makes any post-workout moment that much sweeter.

My short-term pain for long-term gain currently looks like slowly training to run a 10k while rediscovering my love of yoga. As a post-movement treatment, I love to use this body care booster to help take the edge off any inevitable strains and pains. The supersized roller ball easily glides over the bod, and the silky formula contains peony root (a herb often used in Traditional Chinese Medicine to treat inflammation) with menthol and camphor for a cooling, soothing tingle you’ll crave.
